Type of dreams

What’s in your dream? A dream is a series of thoughts,
emotions, ideas and feelings that occur involuntarily
in your mind during certain stage of sleep. The first,
False Awakening Dream: you have waken up and gone
about daily morning routine. Shortly, you realize that
happened is just a dream. The next, Lucid Dream:
you realize that you are dreaming. Most dreamers
wake up once and realize that they are dreaming.
The third, Nightmares: A nightmare is a disturbing dream.
The dreamer feels anxious and frightened.
Research shows that most people who have regular
nightmares that have family history. Finally, Single
Dream: it helps you how to solve problem in our waking life.
All in all, if you dream regularly, you perhaps have
sleepless night and strain your daily life.
