I think that we need a satisified public facility and organized education plan. Police officiers ,firefighters and teachers are to be reviewed. It is most things to be considered.

When a plant is under considered to build. Owner will invite capable bidder to joint the bidding.
They will provide many basic data and a lot of requirement wirtten in paper and send to each bidder who is intrested to get the porject. There are many risk to every project. DCS is a kind of controller which is usually be installed in the central control room. They are very important device in a plant. Most of the plants are automatic control. Even the operators are only a little, the plant still works in safety condition.

American people usually have lunch or dinner in the fast restaruant. Howevery, high calories food is became a reqular food.

Watching TV

TV is not welcome in my house. I think that the children shall not see TV program. Many TV channels do not seriously consider if the vedio affect to our kids. Sometimes sex or violance topic are welcome to those vedio producer. In the news, they explain every detail of the crime. It seems to teach the others criminal how to suceess next time. Our TV like to catch the news related with sex. Therefore, I usually keep the TV closed. The public channel is a few TV channel which I like. I have ever watched some good films in the channel. I suggest if you have kids lived with you, the public channel would be a good choice for you and your young.

Package Tour

Many people in Taiwan like to travel by package tour. They usually go the some famous resorts in the country with cheapest price. I have ever had a package tour to Tailand. We went to many places where many foreigners like to visit. But the restaurant sometime far away from the place, it usually take long hour to go here. Driver did carrie us out to the shopping in the certain store. When we came to the hotel, it is about to sleep. Now I don't like to joint to any package tour anymore unless the place is required to be better in package tour.

Eat Healthy

People hard to maintain a healthy body in our life. Look around in your life. Aire pollution is much worse then before, and food providers are only consider how to make money not about consumer's health. Water is also not clear for use. It is series problem for every one to think about how to keep you on healthy. I suggest that first thing is less eat out. when you eat out often, you are hand out your life to the food maker. Next, you can choose the food from few stories which care your health. It may cost more money from your pag.

Economy is a series problem for every countries. Boundary of trade of each country is not clear. Therefore, factory can sell their product to every where in the world. Local maker is fored to face the competitors from all over the world. Big Internation company will become worse enemy for the local company. Governments play the inportant role to support local ecomony. The South Korea is likly be a model. Big money is continue given to the certain Korea's lead companies by many ways.

Bright idea is important in our daily life. When you decide to buy a any thing you need, think the way to work out your work or choose a good resturant, you need to use you knowledge and experence. Many products also include certain bright idea. For example, iphone 4 and ipad are well known electric devices which many people like spend much money to buy it. Sometime cost down is the desinger's target. Once a Ikea's furniture designer was working on developing a lower cost coffee table. The challenge is the how to make it in lower price. Finally, he did it. He uses honeycomb which is made out of recycling paper. Therefore, it isn't as heavy as nature wood or solid wood. So it cost less then other competitors.

Ramen Noodles

It is a famous japaness noodle dish. It was originated from China. In the 明治5年 the Qing dynasty and Japan made a treaty on peace adn friend. After that thousand of Chinese moved and lived in 神戶 長崎 橫濱. It was begining of Reman distribution into Japen. The original ramen was called shina soba 支那麵, meaning of the noodle from China. In the 1868 the first reman shop was oped at Tokyo and named 來來軒. One theory is that the japaness pronunction of the chinese 拉麵 meaning hand-pulled noodle. The reason which was called hand-pulled noodle by thery way of production. When wheat is made into flour and then mix water, salt together into a doughth. The dough is like chewing gum. it can be stretched very long. In the olddays, the noodles makers made noodle by hand. My favority is Tokyo style ramen which consists of slightly thin, curly noodles served in a soy-flavoured chicken broth. Enjoy reman like me.

Travel to U.S

In the end week of October, I traved to U.S. with my college. It was a inspection held in the maker's factory. We went to check and test our product before it was shipped. Our flight from Taipei to Los Angeles was about eleven hours. Next flight from Los Angeles to Dallas was about four hours. The thired flight was from Dallas to Alexandria about two hours. We were tired enough when we got the air port ot the Alexandria in the morinig. Due to the jet lag I was sleepy when we arrived. The cap picked us up to the hotel. Near the hotel was two restaurants. We tried each of them while we stayed there. After we finished our work in the factor, we decidedt to rentel to New Orieans to visit the city. I thought that only the place we could go in the state. We did see many things in New Orieans and part of American cotural. I don't hope to visit U.S. again because jet lag is a problem.

Japan

Taiwan is a place in the world most closer to Japan. One of the reason is that Taiwan was ever been government by Janpan up to 50 years. Many educated old Taiwaness are able to speak Janpanese including first elected pricedent 李登輝. Nowdays there are still planty of students leaning Japanese. Due to the Janpan has strong economy and export many high quotaty product into Taiwan. Even their actors or singers have big fans in here. I like their culture such as clearn city and their working atitude. I have ever worked with them and I respected their hard working. I have been in Janpan, but I hope I have chance to be in Janpan.

Being a Team Leader

Team leader is a very dificult job. I have been work for CTCI six years. Recently project I was assigned to be a leader for the project. First thing for leader is a cabability for read hundurd mail a day. Everyday many mails like bullets to shoot you, and you need to catch every massage. While reading the mails, your members are waiting for your instruction for their work. When you may start priority those things, project team meeting is waiting for your. You don't even have time to organization your work. You just catch up and catch up those thins to reach every goal what they give you. Sometimes I realy think I have to take a bread and think nothing about job.

IPhone

It is a wonderful phone. I have never saw any phone which like iphone. TV, magazine and news paper foucs on when it start to sale and how many consumers lining up all night just for the phone. They are prode to be a fans of iphone and satified to hold their desire phone . I admin that iphone very easy to use when I first try it on the shop. Suddly I also seems I should have a one eighter. Even it is a lovely product, I hardly make decition to buy it. The price is realy out of my budget. If here any one is in the same situation with me, HTC may be a phone which can insead of iphone. It is my personal suggestion.

Youtube is a website on internet, and it is one of the most popular website on the world. Every day thousand of people get on line and search their favorite video all that for free. Thanks to the internet. The high speed internet service proives good quotaty for watching video on line. There are stored thousand video waiting for every internet user to explore. Every one can also be a vedio provider to upload your video on Youtube. You may become a somebody if your vedio is hot enough. I watch Youtube very often. I like watching English learning vedio and music vedio.
On the Youtube, some of the Engilish native speckers have recorded many teaching material. Some of their teaching video are free, so I can enjoy the watching at home and cost on money.

First Time to Job Site

Do you have ever meeting a challenge by yourself for your company? I have ever met this kind of job, full of pains. I was assigned to be a field engineer to help job site to solve construction problems. I felt that I might not be able to handle it by myself, I though I was not qualified. Finally, I overcame all the problems. It was unforgettable experience to be a field engineer.

I quit the job where I have worked there for five years. It was a small company for only ten employees working there. When I left there, my position was manager of engineering department. This title helped my more early to apply for new job. It was half month I made a successful interview and transferred to CTCI instrumentation department, starting my new career. CTCI is a largest engineering company in aiwan; it has many branches overseas. The training courses were provided for new employees for one month. I attended the classes with my colleague who came to CTCT after me; she worked for PVDC project with me. The project was leading by a very kind of senior engineer; he was never being a team leader so it was his first project.

PVDC project was a joint venture by China and Japan’s owner; the plant was located in China. CTCI provided engineering documents and construction work. Although this project was a small project compare to the other, I was still facing many challenges such design drawing as it was new for me; many new materials I didn’t know too. At that time, I didn’t aware that many problems would be happened at job site. One year after, the design work stage was nearly closed, but field engineer was been selected to go to jog site. When I was received the announcement about going to China, my second son was born at Far Easter hospital. I stayed with my son only tree days. I left for China to be field engineer.

Overcome problems were the first priority at job site but it is difficult for me to deal with. Although I was experience engineer, the problems were almost different from that I have ever met. When I was in China, I needed to work overtime every day including Saturday and Sunday for three months. One day I sent a discourage e-mail to my leader mentioned some things which were disappointed me. Sooner or later, I received an e-mail from my big boss saying that he was on the way to my job site.

If you get many pains on your work, you get so many gains also. Most people always expect having less challenge job or less responsibility on their work. What kind of work is really benefit for you? While I received a mission, difficult to be solved, I will do my effort on it because I got I chance to learn. Field engineer task let me learn many things. I hope I can have more chance to be at sit.

Feet

All animals have feet. Some have big feet and some have small feet.
Some have hairy feet and some have feet wiht hoofs.
but all animals have feet. Some have feet wiht two claws.
Some have feet with soft paws.
The zebra needs strong hoofs to help it run
in the grass fields. the grass fields may be hard wiht many rocks.
If the zebra's feet were soft, they would hurt when they hit the rocks.

The Jumbo Jet

The Boeing 747 is one of the beggest airplant
in the world. It's the elephant of airplanes.
That why they sometimes call it a "Jumbo-jet".
It can fly for many hours and take people from one big city
to another. A jumbo jet has 18 wheels.
Each wheel is more then a meter high sixteen sheels
are in the back and two wheels are in the front.
When the airplant is about to land, they come out again.
The Boeing 747 has four big engines. two on each wing.
the engines go round very quickly.
This sucks in air and creates the push
taht makes the airplants fly in the sky.
With the movement of the wings it can up,
or down, and trun left or right. the smaller wings
on the back are especially important for steering
the airplane in the right direction.
The front of the airplane looks like a giant egg.
Inside is where the pilot sit and fly the airplane.

Bones

Everybody has bones. In face we have more than
two hundred bones in our body.
Animals also have bones. Most of the time
we can't really see bones. That is becuase
they are inside the body. Only some animals,
like turtles, have their bones on the outside.
Snakes, fish, crocodiles and thousands of other animals,
all have bones. Most bones are hard.
o, even when animal die, the bones remain for a long time.
Some bones help us to move an stand up.
some bones protect our body's important organs,
like the lungs,heart,liver and kindeys.
If one of thes organs become injured,
we could die. So our bones, work like a shield,
covering the organs and protecting them from injury.

Flying Squirrel

Squirrel cann't really fly. It doesn't has wings.
But the skin between its arms and legs is like a
parachute. From a high tree it can glide down
slowly to another tree. The flying squirrel can
glide up, and it can slso glide down. When they
flyingth, but it can't really go up high. That's why
we call it gliding. Flying squirrels like to be together.
They help each other find food. they also keep each other safe.
When there is nothing left to eat, they are off, gliding again.

Making noodles

Noodles which made of wheat are wonderful food.
Wheat is a kind of grass, just like rice.
It is usually grown in places where there are cold winters.
The wheat is made into flour. and to make noodles,
then add egg,water and salt. Finally mix them
together into a big ball. This we call "dough".
Dough is like chewing gum. It can be strtched
very long. Nowadays people use machines to
make noodles. But in the old day,
the noodles noodle makers made noodles by hand.
There are many kinds of noodles: long noodles,
thin noodles, thick noodles, and curly.
Noodles are usually cooked with vegetables,
fish, meat or tofu.

What is curry

Cooking curry need many thing.
First you get potatoes, carrotts, onions,
butter, salt and meat, water. Sometime
you can buy pspice like chocolate, they
are blocks of curry. You can even put some
fruits on it. Most iniprotant things for
curry is spice. India is a very far counry
and full of spice that the curry need.
Ok, new get ready and wash you hands.
We want to cook our own curry.
First a cutting board, then a knife.
Hold itour carefully with your right hand.
Make a fist out of your left hand and cut the
vegetables carefully. When cleaning the
carrots always move the peeler away from
you body. This is safe. Prepare water,butter
meat and spice. Put the butter in the pot.
Fry the vegetables and the meat. Then
put in the blocks of curry and let it cook
for some time. It is done.

Teeth

Most animals have teeth. Numbers of tooth in the its mouth.
Human's tooth very different from others animals.
Its will change once in their life. New tooth comes
instead of old tooth. For instance, human have milk
teeth first few years.Later, the permanent teeth come later.
There are some kind of tooth in human's mouth.

Without teeth, We can't eat reqular food in daily life.
these teeth help for cut,bite, and chew the food.
Despite human have some kind of tooth, other animals don't have.
For example, crocodiles, they have sharp
teeth and very dangerous. The lion has fore big sharp teeth to to
digest bite others. They use their teeth bite animals' nect.
Some animal has flat teen. They use flat teeth
for chewing. Hippos eat grass and the grass
is not easy digest. They will re-chew it slowly.

For human, we have eight front teeth for cutting things.
We have four teeth for biting and we have flat teeth for chewing.
Each tooth has to be brushed every day. Don't be lazy.

Firefighter

Firefighters are never sleep.
They have to standby at the office.
When they recieve emergency call,
they shall go to the right place immediately.

Being a firefighter, you must be strong and fast.
Becuase some people may be in the dangreous situation,
fast become only one inportant in the mission.
Expecially, you may get call any time. If fire comes.
You need to put many heavy equipment. For example:
Put on silver coats and firefighters's haps.
There are many others equipment on the trucks.
You also need to know how to use it.

Firefighter are always ready to assist
every one any time. No matter small fire,
big fire, fires in tall building and fires at sea.
Their job not only put out the fire but also catch wild animal.
Therefore,their are good neighbor for all citism.

Los Angeles is being a cultural capital in the US.
The US is a one of the bigest country in the world.
Each state is developed in specific life style, food, and culture.
Los Angeles is one of the state where many chinese live in.

City has many faces depanding on citizen who live there.
LA became outstanding due to its culture developing.
There are more major museums in LA
than any other Us city. Therefore, is the
most fasinating cultural destination in America.

Becuase of Getty Museum is over there.

the river still plays a inportant role of this culture.

It is a mystry and is hard to explan how they did it.
Because bulding a great pyramid is difficult,
they did it. Pyramind is tall and big. Therefore, how people
can put all the big stong into a larte building is
a mystry. Next, buildig a large needs many labor.
Because of over 2000,000 stongs were waiting to
build. Finally, it would take long time to build.

Blending Machine

Blanding machine is a usage and helpful appliance. You can use it to
mix juice, make ice cream, blend food or make soybean milk.
I have a old blender, but it is not a high efficiency one.
It can not fully mix the food very well, so I eventually don't use it.

Few weeks ago, I borrowed a 3HP blending machine from
my parent in low. It looked big and heavy when I saw it first time.
I was excited to try to use the more powerful mixer.
Soybean milk was the first healthy food that I tried to make at home.
I satified for my own-make soybean milk. The blender is good quality and
very sample to use.

After I got the strong mixer, I use it almost every day.
I suggest that home-make drinks can be your daily drinks
instead of packaged drinks. It will bring more good nutrition to you.

Climate Change

Global Warming is true. People who live on the earth are facing the same problems that it is “Global Warming" . Therefore, our climate is changed dou to the too much CO2 in the air. Wherever you lives, you feel the weather changing
rapidly and extremely. For example, this year,
all of the United States was covered by plenty of
snow in winter, and it was not happened before.
In addition, some countries were supposed to be a
rainny season, it cames drought instead of rain.
Recently, the news has reported that average
temperature in the world is increasing and higher
than last decade. Moreover, the arctic ice is melting
quickly and fast. Some experts said that all ice would
be melted in twenty years. Due to the globe warming,
typhoons become more seriously than before.
They rain a large amount of water in a short
period of time without stopping and then flood
cars, houses and killed people. Lack of food is
another issue. Unstable weather makes corps
growth slowly, and main agricultural countries
produce less corps. All problems come one
another to the world. Finally, we are living in
globe village. If we can’t produce less pollution,
save water and energy, our earth will probably be a serous disaster.

It is a crazy football season coming on June 11, 2010.
There is an international football competition in South Africa .
The FIFA World Cup started in 1930. The first host country
is Uruguay. The FIFA World Cup was hold by different
countries. only 32 remaining teams could get the qualification
to the contest. Each team should take part in five series
of intense competitions in turn:1st legs (32 teams),2nd
leg (18 teams),quarter final (8 teams), semi final (4 teams)
and final (2 teams). The winner will gain some amount
of money and great national pride. Taiwan, howevery,
doesn’t have any team to participate in the game,
t cannot stop the football fans’passion. Eeverybody
has the best supportive team in their mind.

Good topic. There are three main types of topics.
They are good topic, bad topic, and ugly topic.
Good conversation topics usually attempt to
positive way or making people laugh. Famous
movies, news, sport, and family are frequent
talked on the date. Next, bad topics are to be
avoided talking on the date. They will make
your date bored. For example, weather and
computer topics are not bring any good or bad
emotions. They are not the good idea talking
on the date. The third, ugly topics shall not bring up.
For instance, illness, death, or other terrible
subjects are the worse topics. In addition,
do not compliant how your ex-friend treated

Climate changes is one of a series issue in the world.
According to many reports from weather experts,
our earth is more hotter then last decade.
Our earth full of much greenhouse gaes such as
CO2 in the air, it contributes to the earth warmer.
There are some ways for everyone to reduce your
carbon footpring. Driving car less, finding local source
food and turning off unusing electric devices are good
ways to make less carbon footpring on each day.

Taking public transit instead of driving car can produce
less CO2. Alought it will be a little bit waste your time,
, it is worth. It can save our plannet.

Moreover, finding local sorces food can reduce a lot of CO2 too.
Import food must take long delivery form one place to another.
Food transportation may produce CO2 depanding on the distance.
Buying food from local is also a way to save our earth.

In addition, when devices are not working, turnisng off that devices
can consume less our energy. It is not only save energy but also
save money.

All in all, we have only one earth. If all of us can change our lifestyle,
global warming may not become a serise problem.

Advertising is a way to get customers attention
to buy their products. Advertisers often use
different ways to attract people by using emotional
appeal. For example, a house ads would say that
" You have worked over half of your life. You need
to buy a house for rest of your life". They remind you
to treat yourself better. If advertisers want to sell a car,
they will provide another ads. For instance,
the ads may telling you buy a good car to protect your
family. The family members will repect you
as you are a wisdom master.

English reading has become easier for me.
I have been studying English for a long time,
but I didn’t have enough English reading skill.
I can’t get good score of TOEIC exam.
After I come to Lung-Hwa University studying English,
my English readying skill improves very much.
English reading is not a nightmare anymore.
There are some key points making English reading friendly.
First of all, leaning structure of English grammar
is important. Second, it is a team work for reading.
Next, English and Chinese translate by group.
English grammar is always confused English leaner.
The traditional English teachers whom
I have met always ask students to follow
the rule of English grammar without knowing the reason.
In Lung-Hwa University, I am learning
English grammar from my grammar teacher
by using useful way. Reading English
becomes easier than before.

Reading English in front of people is not
difficult for me now because I got many chances to
read English to my classmates. Traditional English
teachers seldom request students to read English
article by group in the class. Now I have a great team
leader who helps me a lot in the English class.

It was difficult for me when I need to translate
article from English to Chinese. My team leader helps
me to overcome the task which is given from
our teacher. I am still not good at this field,
but I will continue studying this skill. I
may need to read more articles and translate
the articles that I read.

All in all, I just finished a TOEIC exam. on 19 Jun 2010.
I can almost finished all the TOEIC’s questions. I am happy
to studying English, especially to study English
from my home-run teacher. Now I have already given the
good English skill foundation from Mr. Liu.
I will continue learning more English skills in Lung-Hwa University.
